    • We have standard shipping policy in corporation with “Pathao” delivery service all over the country.

    • We have one shipping address per order. Once an order is placed you cannot change the shipping address.

Exchange & Return

  1. How many days will I get to exchange a product?
    • Exchange is applicable within 3 days in case of stock availability. Product under sale/discount will not be exchanged. No exchange for perfume items as well. Exchange is not applicable for customized products.
  2. Is there any return policy available?
    • We accept returns within 3 days of purchase if the product tags are intact, and if the clothes or products are unused and if in resalable condition. Returns are accepted only with the original bill. Return is not applicable for customized products.
  3. Can I pick up my order from the store?
    • For online orders we will ship it to the mentioned address. Although you can pick up your product from the store .
  4. What happens if I receive a faulty item?
    • If you receive a faulty item, kindly get in touch with us within 24 hours and we will send you a new product.
